Wow I had such great hopes. Huevos rancheros isn't that hard to screw up apparently. All was well until they put watery salsa on my eggs. Akin to egg drop soup!!!!! I almost sent it back but it won't get better going back to the cook that was trained to do it that way. The homemade tortilla was a bright spot. What a sad commentary that is.
