This was our first visit to Vail and our first dinner in Flame. Not much for vegetarian options, so our server (which was amazing btw) checked with the cook and told me that he covered me. I was so impressed! He totally covered me! And my husband enjoyed his steak lol The dessert proposal, although from our server....sticky toffee pudding ... was by far the best! Good restaurant nicely appointed with a decent selection of various cuts. We started off at some virgin ginger drinks and they quite honestly were not the best. However the Australian lamb chops and 8 ounce fillets were not as tender and juicy, but were reasonable OK. We also ordered a side of lobster mac cheese, brussels sprouts, mashed potatoes, salad and of course the only good item was the chocolate soufflé. View all feedback.
