This was our first visit to Vail and our first dinner in Flame. Not much for vegetarian options, so our server (which was amazing btw) checked with the cook and told me that he covered me. What User doesn't like about Flame:
Good restaurant nicely appointed with a decent selection of various cuts. We started off at some virgin ginger drinks and they quite honestly were not the best. However the Australian lamb chops and 8 ounce fillets were not as tender and juicy, but were reasonable OK.
