Having used Poivre Rouge in Val de Reuil for several years I now find it's been rebounded to "The Wedge" - like the golf club the hotel manager explained. Seems no different to the former Poivre Rouge. Great value - for about 16 euro I had the two course meal. An excellent starter buffet followed by steak " Piece de Boucher" with pepper sauce.
