Having used Poivre Rouge in Val de Reuil for several years I now find it's been rebounded to "The Wedge" - like the golf club the hotel manager explained. 2 stars for the restaurant that is correct and the brave staff who did everything, welcome, service, barman box dessert. -3 stars because I go to eat and the cata! cold dishes with a taste of recuit, a richly salted buffet. ... it's far from being the red pepper.
