We are in Valbonne several times a year but we had never been to this restaurant, maybe because it is only open at lunch time. We were surprised on a rainy February Tuesday that it was so busy and discovered that lots of workers in the area come back day after day. We got the last table and really enjoyed our lunch. This is located on a nice spot. Not the views, but the restaurant is cozy. I had the Cezar salad, witch was not bad. Chicken and a slice of speck and enough salad. The Spritz was good.
