Recently dined at this place and was disappointed with the quality of the burrito I ordered. The wrap was undercooked, and the taste was below par. Moreover, I was not offered any satisfactory resolution for the issue; instead, they only offered a cup of chips, which I found unfair given the price paid for the meal.
