Rated for food value, not Quality. Before anyone shoots me there is a reason I said I like this place.. If you compare this restaurant to others it is not so great.. However, if you consider it is a buffet for under $10. what are you expecting.. Sure the food is mediocre.. and the noodles are overcooked.. and there is not real deserts to speak of..
