Rated for food value, not Quality. Before anyone shoots me there is a reason I said I like this place.. If you compare this restaurant to others it is not so great.. However, if you consider it is a buffet for under $10. what are you expecting.. Sure the food is mediocre.. and the noodles are overcooked.. and there is not real deserts to speak of.. Haven't been here is a long time and thought we would give it another try as our last visit was not great. Not any noticed improvement.The food is mediocre and the price is reasonable. I would call this just an average buffet. The owner seems to be continually looking out the door to make sure no-one using the accounting service next door parks for 5 minutes in their parking lot.
