Wortner is an old Viennese caffee in a pleasant corner. Kitchen is tasty with a variety of salads, austrian dishes and the like. That said, a nice place can be easily spolied by a rude service. In my last visit, the waiter wanted to make me pay a long waited drink which we never got. This was even after a reminder. A real pity. Mr Wortner please please please improve the service!!!!!
