"Very good value if you are looking for a typical Austrian restaurant. Many local guests, people from Vienna go to this place for a daily lunch or for a cheap, good tasting dinner. It is a large non-smoking restaurant inside, and from March to October there is a large garden outside where smoking is ok. the restaurant is open 7 days a week, from 11 am to 11 pm. The kitchen offers the complete menu! all day, also in the afternoon and until 10 am! Service is fast, sometimes something too busy, especially from 12 am to 1:30 pm. But I'll go there in the afternoon or in the evening. So I'm not here in the rush hour. They offer a very wide selection of Austrian and some international dishes. Specials are all beef dishes. On the menu are local products and there are very fine Austrian wine on the wine list, for a very favorable price. Most of my visits there I had dishes from the daily offer, every time something new and every week different. Every Saturday there is a brunch for 14,90 € everything you can eat from 11:00 16:00 and in the summer month there is a buffet style BBQ every Wednesday also everything you can eat at the same price from 18:00. I like these specials because they are very good. I was here for a brunch today, I had Griesnocker soup, cattle roulade, eggnail a la creme, dumplings, fresh croissants, egg spread, fruit salad... all for 14,90 €.Many of the guests there I see every week. I always get there when I'm back in Vienna, sometimes alone, sometimes with my family. Last night, I was there with my father and my wife and son. We sat outside and had a very nice dinner. On the menu you can also find some special dishes for children and the menu is available in different languages. I can only recommend this place as long as it is not so crowded because it is becoming more popular."
