One of the best meals I’ve ever had. Started with a delicious complimentary kale salad and a sour dough bread with olive tapenade that were both outrageously good! The charred octopus was insanely delicious, with the mussels appetizer a close second. (I may or may not have used a spoon to drink the fennel, jalapeño, cream broth). What Tanu R doesn't like about Bloom:
I ordered the Korean glass noodles because I generally enjoy this dish. However, bloom made the noodles overtly sweet that it was hard to enjoy it. It would be great if they provided a way to customize the sweet to savory ratio because the sweetness in the dish overpowered everything else. I was very disappointed. View all feedback.
