what an experience amazing eating, we had the digestion. eating didn't seem much, but at the end of the experience we were quite full. eating was very well presented a day extremely tasty. I would suggest that the weeping to match the cures, but if you were not in white wine like us, buy them a bottle and drink in their free time, but for the last 2 courses I would highly recommend to fit the museum wines to the curs...
