what an experience amazing eating, we had the digestion. eating didn't seem much, but at the end of the experience we were quite full. eating was very well presented a day extremely tasty. I would suggest that the weeping to match the cures, but if you were not in white wine like us, buy them a bottle and drink in their free time, but for the last 2 courses I would highly recommend to fit the museum wines to the curs... Staff were good, venue and surrounds are pretty, however the food was disappointing. I had the vegan menu and whilst fine, the food was not worth the $75, was generally little plain (for example the main pumpkin dish) and didn't really translate well from standard menu to Vegan menu (example is the dessert where cheese on a platter substituted for hommas).The main menu (non vegan) seemed fine.
