This iconic Canadian chain was bought by Burger King and has suffered a bit. Some things are no longer prepared in store as they are shipped in. Every time I come to this location, my iced coffee is ALWAYS made wrong. They NEVER put the espresso shot in, get rude and upset when i tell them I don’t think the espresso is added. I’ve ordered the same coffee for awhile so obviously I’m going to know if it’s made right or wrong. Not the first complaint I have either.
