"Twenty years ago Nicolino's was a favourite but it fell off our radar. I've been twice in the past month and had inconsistent experiences. With one friend we had the Mediterranean chicken pizza and chèvre salad. Both were great and the red wine promotion was very good. The second visit with another friend was much different. I drank the house wine which was, well house wine, and not particularly enjoyable. We tried the crostini wild boar for an appetizer. The taste and texture reminded be of beef short ribs. The flavour was robust and the highlight of the meal. The cosimo pizza on gluten free crust seemed halfhearted. The toppings were scarce and it was quite flavourless. The cavetelli was straightforward. Our meals came with side salads, garden and Caesar and neither were noteworthy of lettuce or dressing. The service was friendly on both occasions and parking is ample."

"This is one of, if not the worst. The one guy that works there hides his name tag and most recently locked the store early at midnight and only served his friends.At least I live in the area. We got there and some one cabbed there to get subway but couldn't and wasted a fare two way for nothing.Even on a good day, you have to consistently ask for more vegetables, they will put less than the policy minimum if you don't say anything.They will try to gaslight you when you point out their mistake. Poor service, poor quality of food, vegetables are often old/ends. I don't know if I've ever gotten a tomato that wasn't hard here.If you can, go anywhere else. The dumpster behind a&w near by would probably better than wasting your time with this store or their employees."

"We attended the Old Spaghetti Factory during spring break with our 3 grand kids (4, 7 and 10). They all ordered pizza (cheese, as they were out of pepperoni) from the kids menu, my wife had pasta and I had 1 lb chicken wings. The youngest two wouldn 't eat their pizza, I tasted it and it definitely was not very good; thick doughy crust with not much sauce. Oldest ate half the pizza. I 'll trust OS on the 7 tiny wings (3 drums and 4 others) being a pound, not satisfying at all. The pasta (my wife) was excellent. Lesson learned, when you go to a restaurant with the word Spaghetti in it stick with the pasta."

"Service was excellent. Had the lamb shank as main course. Lamb was tough and overcooked. My guest had Mussels and the Bison Tourtiere both of which were reported as excellent. I have been a long time fan of this restaurant, and, this was the first time I was disappointed. So, I will go back and continue to enjoy. A little disappointment happens."
