I waited almost 40 minutes at the counter from 6.47pm until 7.25pm for my food. I asked after 30 minutes where it was only to find most of it had sitting on the kitchen hatch shelf for 10 15 minutes! Then when bagging it up, it turns out they hadn't cooked all my order hence my delay.
