"Great gourmet sandwiches, but order tracking seems to be a free-for-all, mixing online orders and in-store orders without any clear barrier, leading them to handle the order from the person behind me, allowing me to pay for the food I ordered, and ONLY THEN did they start on actually making my order after I sat through the entire queue watching the construction of a dozen other sandwiches and one that appeared to match my order. Recommend they use order tickets for online orders so they are separate from in-store ones."

"Manager was rude and asked me if I was sure about getting a giant size. Waited around to finish online order before even looking at me, she kinda snapped at her other coworker who was on grill. The meat and cheese case was hidden so you could not see the ingredients. The mayo has a weird aftertaste, they almost put olive oil on my sandwich, didn 't cut through my sandwich all the way, the store smelled gross, the floors were sticky, it was hot in there, most of the lights were off, and the staff looked miserable. Overall, probably the worst jersey Mike 's I 've ever been to, don 't bring your family there for sure."

"This is my 3rd time at this location. The first time that asked me if I wanted my sandwich Mike 's Way I asked what that was and they told me. They used way too much vinegar on my sandwich so the next time I told them not much vinegar at all. Today, Iwent there and Jayden was making my sandwich and asked me if I wanted it Mike 's Way again and I said yes but no vinegar thistime. She pours oil all over my sandwich making 4 passes. By the 2nd pass I said whoa! She kept goi g and then told me thatwas Mike 's Way . I said that was way too much oil and asked her why she didn 't stop when I was telling her too? She thenstarted arguing with me and told me that if I didn 't want that much oil to next time tell her light oil. Nothing reallyexplains how much oil and vinegar Mike 's Way really is. I told Jayden that next time she should ask THE CUSTOMER if they wantlight, regular or heavy? She shook her head and passed me off to the cashier. This is really bad customer service andexperience. Not recommend at all!"

"Wonderful experience great food and service. Our first time eating at Jersey Mikes. Subs were delicious and the location was very nice. Clean and comfortable dining room in a nice dimly lit setting. The exterior of the business was also decorated nicely with twinkle lights and we'll manicured landscaping. Highly recommend."

"Loved jersey mikes, but like others more valuated. it went downhill. I have now placed twice an order on the app and received false toppings or no toppings. the price is also harmless when ordering a dish. I asked for a bowl of the buffalo chicken with salate and tomato and got what they see below. 10 for a warm chicken and cheese....Don't want to go back."
