"Ingwer chinese takeout, on rt 9, only north of the spackenkill road exit is at this place for maybe 15 years. it is consistently a great answer, not cook and enjoy a steam plate of their favourite dish, which we would normally not cook ourselves. I tend to be a little boring with my huhn and brokkoli, but lately I added extra broccoli and mixed vegetables, and it is every time delicious. some of my extras could be their reserve ribs, also delicious, and sometimes fried dumplings, extra crispy, again very tasty. her won tonsuppe is also much better than most. a few years ago the business has changed hands, and I must say the new owners are constantly improving the place, it is clear if they have been a long time customer, and these changes are all for the better. they have added an exotic fish tank to the environment, which is a welcome change to stare instead of their phone while waiting for her to eat. Last night was great! I'm back."
