"I went in this morning to grab a box of donuts and there were three employees there. One (a guy) was working the drive through window and the other two (women) were in front of the espresso machine. It sounded like they were having a business conversation but overall didn't seem like they were completing any drink orders from the window. They did acknowledge me and said they would be right with me as they continued their conversation. Eventually the young man came from the drive through window and took my order as the women continued their conversation. He was ringing up my order as one the women finally went to the drive through window and started taking their orders. Donuts are amazing as usual but the service could use some work. I dont know how the tips work but he earned my tip and no one else."
