"If you're in a hurry I wouldn't recommend this subway sad to say, most locations I've been to are efficient expeditious in getting your order right. It was a weekday, Tuesday around 2:30p.m., there was no one else in the establishment at the time, yet the girl still got it wrong had to remake my simple Sandwich only order(btw, the manager was at the register at the time watched the horrible service) sandwich was delicious as always, yet I would not return, I'd go to Brueggers Bagels next door on my next trip downtown as they consistently deliver friendly, efficient, quality service every time. If I'm spending $15 for a medium tea footlong roasted chicken sandwich I expect better service."

"I came in and I was greeted by high was great but she was soo rude about it. She took me I'll be right with you, I wanted for 10 minutes for her to come take my order. She never came back out so I left. I think you need to hire more friendly people it's customer service and I don't think it's the job for her."
