"Had a great experience here. The staff was very friendly and helpful, although everyone was very busy. Our server was on the point and the manager was nice enough to make the ravioli of my daughter new when we forgot to order her without sauce. It wasn't a big deal, but it kept the crash under control until we came home. Small wins and Andover won in our book! Thank you."

"We were never seated. There weren't many people seated but they were obviously short staffed. Waited for about 10 minutes and asked someone at the take out spot and he said to wait at host station. Waited another 10 minutes and still nothing. Finally asked server and she said she didn't know. Waited a bit longer and then finally left. I sympathize with them not being able to seat us due to staffing but someone letting us know or even a sign posted at the host station would have been appreciated."

"Will never return. My wife daughter and her bf visited for lunch. We were seated right away and handed dirty sticky menus. Had to use wet whipes in wife's purse to clean them. Service was terrible. Waitress seemed she wanted to be anywhere else but at work. Food sat on the counter next to us for a good deal of time before she came to get it. We almost got up and got it ourselves. Food was bland and I mean bland as hell. Daughter and her bf got Alfredo and it had zero taste.i had the sporki and the dough was not cooked through. Food was just terrible. So much so that no one ate their meal. We paid and left. Will never visit again."
