"This hotel/restaraunt is very nice and unique. Its village locatoin makes you feel nice and relaxed, but dont you worry with a train station 10 minuites by foot your on your way in to the center of munich with in 20 minuits. They rooms are...comfy,clean and a very good size.And if you not pleased or want extra towels or bed wear be assured they the friendly staff will deal with your problems right away.. OH... and the food, well thats the best bit about it, for breafast you cant chose from the buffet or ask of something hot and for lunch and dinner you havfe everything from rissoto to 1Meter ribs:)YUM!!!"

"We are on holiday here in Bad Kissingen and had decided to visit the Schmankerlstube. Our decision was rewarded. Rewards with a genuine, handmade food with fresh ingredients. The liver dumpling soup was boiled from bone itself, as was the self-made liver dumplings. Great seasoned. Great. The supplemental salad was crisp and fresh, the sauce was not a bag all sort a la Maggi or Knorr, as unfortunately it is found very often nowadays. The scavengers were themselves panned and despite that they were very crooked, super juicy and tasty. The sauce on my carving was very well seasoned and I haven't eaten such a sauce yet. I'll cook them at home. I can only recommend to anyone who is nearby to eat here. You won't regret it. This great food was also available at a very reasonable price. Once we're back in Bad Kissingen, we'll go to dinner again. I hope the concept of family business and the delicious food will be preserved for a long time"

"Telephone food orders are possible, currently only self pick-up with reduced menu: Franconian specialties, liquor, kehl and sauce, other small items and naturally delicious beer. We have tried several times and are always enthusiastic. Larger amounts of best order one day earlier and bring a bowl for the sauce, so nothing goes over. Super service if you do not want to buy and cook. Preorder for Easter in time. Unfortunately only possible in the evening (from 2 pm to 7:30 pm)."

"This was by far one of the best meals we had on our trip to Holland and Germany. Great schnitzel, white asparagus soup and baked white asparagus. also one in our party had a German Pizza.. Kind of interesting but not like a normal pizza....Stick to the German classics."
