"A server named Kimberly claimed she was the manager and was very rude to my father. My mother did not receive her club she ordered after an hour of promises to “find it”. My parents were told that it was busy and if they didn’t like it oh well basically because that’s how it is. I as a member of the service industry have never treated a customer in that manner either as a server or a manager! To use the type language she used in front of my 2 year old niece at that when you claim to be a family establishment. I am very disappointed. I understand how busy a restaurant can get as I have worked in many but that is no excuse to talk to people the way she did. My parents are regulars and I’ve told them not to bother going back. I hope they listen because any establishment that hires people like that and keeps them around to be a manager of all things does not deserve their business. Please re-evaluate your staff. Do better next time."
