"Today my first visit was in jersey mike’s subs, and I was very happy. the location was very clean, and the staff was friendly and highly professional. Actually, it was the best customer service I had in some time. they also offer two sandwich sizes that are suitable for children, which is very beautiful. "Every time I get subs from this location my family always complains because they do not put enough meat in their subs like the other locations do. I Ordered #2 and #8 both subs had very thin layer of meat and cheese, like a joke it had whole bunch oflettuce and tomato. I paid almost $32 for lettuce and tomatoes. this is a joke"

"Went into jersey mikes and had to wait five minutes to order food while one employee was just standing their doing nothing and the other was taking a phone order. After following placing my order and paying for it, I waited 15 minutes to get my food, cometo find out that they not even started my meal and I asked for a refund and was told they will not give me a refund. Horribleservice had to file a fraudulent claim with my bank yo get my money back, terrible and rude service."

"I have the 43 and classic Italian. I asked for no paprika with vinegar. did not put the chef in the vinegar so that he put it on. he said 4 times no paprika and it was written down on the order. I have paprika. I've had this happen several times. try to get the posted number on google now answer and only go to enter their code. I called a Dozer time and only no answer."
