"As a faithful parade of dbar I regret that I wait so long to visit boston chops. we went last night, and absolutely everything about our experience was perfect! the seafood in the plateau were fresh and tasty (some ceviche and the bone mark were the best I ever had. the 30 ounces bone in wagyu was perfectly prepared the taste, everything was great. the spicy brokkoli and the kartoffels of the maish were magnificent sides. we paired it with a vintage louis roeder and it was great! you can't go wrong with the sticky fabric pudding. our waitress (I think it was melanie, but I am not quite sure) was fantastic very knowledgeable, excellent suggestions and they and all the others waiting with workers were so polite! chris coombs, you have surpassed yourself and we cannot expect to come back!"
