"Amazing Mushu Pork!. I was staying at one of the hotels nearby and stopped in completely at random. I wanted to try and stick to my low-carb diet so I got the mushu pork (hold the pancakes and plum sauce .<br/ <br/ Oh my gosh- it was so surprisingly good! Lots of fresh, thinly sliced and julienned vegetables. It was cooked perfectly so the veggies were still crunchy and was very flavorful. I couldn't believe how good it was! It's just a little typical looking Chinese restaurant- it doesn't look very fancy so I wasn't expecting much. Plus, I'm really picky about Chinese food because I'm from SF and even in SF, I've had the best of the best and the absolute worst. (I have yet to find a good Chinese food place in all of Portland. <br/ <br/ Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised. I only had the one dish, but if all of their food has such fresh, crunchy veggies, then Federal Way is pretty darn lucky to have this place."
