"I and my family live directly on this subway, so we have gone a handful of times. it's always a bad experience. I worked on the subway, so I know how it is. this subway is terrible. the many and peculiarities clearly do not care about subway or it customers that they only try to make money with the least amount of expenses possible. the brot is burned and I was told, "Excuses the person burned yesterday." That's soggy. they use less meat if they don't say anything, then they get a job when they call them out. they do not accept coupons. what I'm not sure they can decide. the owner of the subway name must cut the connections with heidi, this subway owner. the manager I believe has a connection to the owner heidi wong is so rude. the employees are not properly trained so they are slow in making sandwiches because they are constantly on the instructions published on the side. I had at least three employees tell me that their manager is terrible and mean, which is clearly the reason why the life was sucked out of them. I went back because it's comfortable, but I can't do it anymore, I'll go to peoria and 43. I really hope this place will go bankrupt at some point. after reading all reviews it is clear that they do not want to change all the things."

"I and my man ordered a mobile job where he paid for extra pfefferoni on a foot long sub, he went back to the place and asked that they remake or add the pfefferoni and instead of replacing or renew it, they took the half of his foot length and threw it away, and put pfefferoni on the other half and gave it to him without refunding for the other sub."
