Or if you want them to go lightly on the oil in the wok, you just have to ask them. >Though their prices have gone up bit by bit over the years, they are still competitively priced. >Lastly, I love that it is a local and family business. When I first moved to the area, I would always notice one of their primary school age daughters diligently working on her homework at a nearby table.
