"Let me just say I live over an hour from here and I plan on making a weekly visit. Mitch was my waiter the past two times right before I went to a concert at Verizon Amphitheater. Great service and he recommended some excellent dishes and I was very pleased. The salsa is to die for. I will definitely be back as long as I have the same waiter. I've never had such great service!!!!!"

"Great location and food. Wait isn't too bad the food is worth the price and they stay open pretty late. Take out isn't that long of a wait as well. Friendly employees and they do a good job keep the dining area clean."

"La Fuente is a terrific place to stop by for late night Mexican food if you get the munchies after dancing or having some other type of fun earlier in the evening. We walked in and were greeted by a worker who didn’t welcome us or say anything. He just walked to the register and waited for us to order. Not the friendliest by any means but maybe he was having a bad night.The place has plenty of seating, both inside and outside and it’s brightly lit. There is a salsa bar to meet any sauce requirements you may have. We ordered the carne asada quesadilla and the fish tacos and the cashier handed us a receipt with our number (without a thank you or any sort of acknowledgement). They have a machine that calls out the numbers for them as food becomes ready for pickup. We grabbed our selection of salsas and sat down. A short while later our number was called and we grabbed our food. The carne asada quesadilla comes with cheese and pico de gallo inside. I was surprised by the pico but it was tasty enough. That being said, I think it contributed to the tortilla getting soft too fast though so if I were to order again I might ask for it on the side. My partner had the fish tacos and said they were huge and tasty. All three salsas I tasted were delicious but I liked the red salsa the best over the green and the hot orange one. The orange was supposed to be the hottest but still wasn’t crazy hot like I’m used to.Overall the food is great late night fare and maybe the cashier was just not having his best night. Hopefully they will be friendlier next time. La Fuente also has a drive through available and a few parking spots on the side if you’re lucky enough to nab one."

"I gave this restaurant more than enough chances to redeem itself but no its not happening. What I did observe is that it does have potential, but I'm guessing it's always the employees that might mess it up, well enough about that. It's a constant hit or miss at this point, I have ordered at least 6 times since they opened here on Avenue U and between delivery 2 and 3 and 5 I can say the food was somewhat edible and descent looking. Now don't get me wrong the taste potential is definitely there it's just like I said before you will get a hit or miss. But in my own opinion I already reached my max with that giving of chances. Now I have the visuals to show that in no way is it presentable let alone the price they charge for this......The three stars is because they tried and overall your food shows up well packaged and on time."

"Do not expect your typical tacos. I enjoy a different twist, but that doesn’t include cold tortillas that are only half filled. Prices were also high for the tacos as well. Cool spot, but not worth a return visit for me."

"Upon arrival, the hostess and other staff told us Open Table was not working and they had no record of our Open Table reservation for our Mother's Day Party of 6. However, they arranged a small table with six chairs and the restaurant quickly filled out to Mother's Day. The staff service was excellent, the bathrooms glittered clean and the ambience was minimalist. Our table is cut. My wife and I felt that the Jarrito's nachos tasted with chicken, like the chicken wasn't fresh. My mero fillet had little taste and the sauce used to taste it in the kitchen as in a glass. Other dishes I tried from our party lubricated like the same low to medium selection for taste and quality. I didn't hear anyone in our group adding the food, even though we had a good time. Our party of 6 ended the payment over $180 with drinks and drinks that are suitable for the quality of food. $5 parking service was good."
