"First and foremost, this is a Montreal style bagel shop. I wish others would review it with that in mind. I’m from NY and always look for good bagels (which I consider to be NY style. Knowing that this place is not NY style, I was open minded and incredibly surprised at how similar they are! Other than the honey in the water the dough is boiled in, it seems the rest is the same. A bit crispy on the outside and dense and chewy on the inside so so good!! The cream cheese was a bonus I purchased the bagels and two tubs of cream cheese (chive and “Dylan Capers” which has, surprise, dill and capers with what tasted like a touch of lemon. The busy, hard working staff was so friendly and helpful super sweet, efficient and quick. My new favorite!!"
