"Ordering and receiving a delivery pizza shouldn't be stressful. But based on last night's experience with Pizzaville, it certainly is !Ordered a pizza at 8:34 pm last night (Sunday). Agent said it would be there within 40 minutes. It took 57 minutes, and 3 follow-up calls to actually receive the pizza.And the call centre staff were rude, argumentative, and extremely unfriendly. After transferring around from agent to agent, we finally were connected to an agent who was very unfriendly, but did authorize the order being free.When I called back this morning to advise head office about the rude call centre agents last night, I was met with further rudeness. The head office person told me "you are mistaken, we never give away free pizzas, even if your pizza takes 2 hours to get there, we don't give away pizza, this is not Pizza Pizza. there is no way that you got a free pizza from us last night, no matter what you went through."So since head office doesn't care that it has team members who are rude and unfriendly, and head office itself has team members who are argumentative, there is no sense in talking to them, so we opted for this tripadvisor post.Recommendation: According to their head office, they will never give you your pizza for free, even if it takes 2 hours to get there. So don't even bother to order from them."
