"I had placed an order for pick up early this morning and received the email for pick up at 9:10am. I have 2 toddlers so it does take me quite sometime to get out of the house. I arrived to pressed at 9:50am and notice a customer trying to open the door after a couple of try I said are they not open? And he's confused as I was and there's no sign anywhere they were closed. No person in sight also. So why send me an email to tell me my order is ready for pickup and the store is not open! It is 10:10am as I'm writing this review. How long do I need to wait with my 2 toddlers? I cannot contact anyone to find any information. Very very disappointed!!!! This isn't the first experience I had with pressed as it had happen to another location. And not contact whatsoever!!!!"

"I am hooked on the freezes but the staff is hit or miss and the place smells like a sewer outside. They advertise all these great looking flavors on the walls but they basically only carry 3 flavors of freeze. Tried the juice for 3 days and made me feel the worst I have ever felt. All the sugar gave me a headache."

"Love press juices are always, but the Asian man with glasses was really rude and impatient. Not sure what kind of discrimination goes, but treated the woman behind me with much less attitude, less micro-aggressions. and I'm more queer and Asian myself. I'm just used to improve customer service at press."

"Really friendly staff and a beautiful store! I love ice cream so I was skeptical at the idea of vegan ice cream but it was absolutely delicious (I got the chocolate/vanilla swirl) and I topped it with blueberries, granola, and raspberry drizzle. The juices are also great but I really only tried a couple. The Greens 3 was very drinkable and I definitely felt good afterward. The only thing I didn 't love is that their membership was confusing. They seemed to tell me that there were no fees but that 's only if you spend $10/month (which go towards items you buy there)."

"It 's unfortunate enough that they don 't serve freezes (how a brand new location can lack them is incomprehensible), but why does the description on Google Maps under from the owner claim that they DO serve freezes? I hope nobody wasted their time by travelling there expecting a freeze after reading the Google Maps description."
