"Let me start by saying we used to Love the Raindancer. I understand lack of good help but between odd service and horrible food, it 's off our list from now on. starters: French onion soup- only so-so broccoli cheddar soup- tasted like just flour and water- no cheese. entrees: 12 Oz prime rib special- came out cold and had to be returned. then came out like boiled meat. Dry. salad with filet mignon on it. ordered medium rare meat. Came out well done, inedible and no cheese as listed. Returned and told I no longer wanted the meat on it as it left a bad taste and there was no way it was filet. She brought it back out and said the filet was on the grill. Told her again I didn 't want the meat. She said they won 't let that fly! What ever that meant. Then the head waiter came over and tried to convince me to take the steak. No! then he gave us 2 free desserts to go which tasted like lard. really bad! Sorry Raindancer. You 've lost us as customers and we have been going there for 15 years From Saratoga."
