"We visited the bistro on the 8th December for dinner with friends. My wife and I had Chicken Valdostano and the meal was excellent as were four other meals which the party had. We now come to the exception one of our party had Chicken Cacciatore this turned out to be a disaster, the chicken thighs were on the bone and and when the meat was cut off there was blood running onto the plate. My friend is not one to complain so he didn't make an issue of the hardly cooked chicken.When the waiter came to pick up the plates I pointed out the under cooked chicken and asked him to mention it to the chef. I watched him take the plates to the kitchen and scrape them however he didn't mention the problem to the kitchen staff all he did was avoid our table for the rest of the evening.Just not good enough."
