"The history behind this restaurant is amazing! Definitely look up Pho Bac being the first Vietnamese restaurant in Seattle. I think this restaurant is a part of the expansion for over 30 years in this area. Our family got the small combination pho. It was more than enough food. The pho broth is light, clear, sweet with umami flavors. They also serve some vermicelli dishes and 1-2 rice dishes as well as drinks. The Vietnamese coffee is strong and lightly sweetened. So yummy. A must go for a light meal with fresh ingredients!"
