"Went to this location to pick up a mobile order and had a terrible experience. Turns out Parmesan cheese is not really cheese, I politely asked if we could add some cheese since I didn't know the parm was powder. How big of a deal was it for a young man named Lewis to put a couple slices of cheese on the sandwich without charging additional for it. It's not putting cheese makes the sandwich more expensive. Lewis also wouldn't give us his name to write a review. He told me I was blind because I didn't see it on his hat partially covered by his long hair. He needs some lessons in customer service. Come on Subway, do better! A couple slices of cheese won't break the bank."
