"The staff was immediately overwhelmed when our group of 8 came, and couldn't find our reservation, so they had to scramble to set a table. For the first 15 minutes, nobody even considered asking if we wanted to drink something. Once the order was taken, it took another 20 minutes for us to get our drinks. My mocktail was okay, the others had beer, so no complaints there. But the food... The food: 2 of my prawns were okay, another one was raw. Taste was good, but raw seafood is unacceptable. My husband's steak, which was supposed to be medium, was cooked well on one end and rare on the other. The same thing happened to another guest at our table. The side of mixed vegetables was a teaspoon full of cubed and cooked-to-oblivion mush... The service personnel was utterly overwhelmed with the complaints. Facilities: mostly clean, the way to the bathroom has some uneven steps."
