"I love that they opened here! I live a few blocks away and I've been waiting for a good pho place to open up in the neighbourhood. My experience has been consistently good each time.Food: I keep ordering the regular beef pho each time I go (I can't resist it!) and I got the spring rolls once. Spring rolls are standard, but I love the amount of broth they but in the pho. They put enough so that the bowl isn't overflowing by the time you add the sprouts. Noodles are super yummy and chewy, and they're not awkwardly packed in and clumped together on the bottom like in some places. Quality of the beef is really good - no chunks of uneatable fat or tough bits. My only complaint would be that the broth is always a bit too salty for me, but overall, really lovely. Service: Super fast. In, out, no fuss. Ambience: Simple, bright, and clean. As casual as it gets."
