"I ordered delivery and 2 items were missing. If they didn't have something then a phone call would be decent customer service. Instead door dash delivered I didn't order through them I ordered from Wing Stop website) so I couldn't complain to them. Itried calling the store over 20 times in 2 hours. No answer. So they are ripping me off. I expect at least a refund for thestuff not delivered. How do you stay in business not answering your phone? Horrible."

"This is the worst wingstop ever, I once came and ordered six spicy wings for myself, the cashiers are very rude and not friendly, I waited an hour and they gave me the threads of the wings, they gave me parmesan, it's terrible!"

"I use to go to this spot a lot every Friday but I sometimes get bad luck on my order and my meal don't turn out as good. No disrespect but I get bad vibes from the cashier (the fat guy with the chain). I don't know if he still works there but he shouldat least greet their customers and treat us like we are kings and queens. I'm a die hard wing stop customer and I know how thewings should taste like. I recommend everyone checking you order to see if everything is in there hot and ready to eat before you carryout. Now I go to another new location and I have no complaints there."

"I've stopped being a Wingstop customer back in 2013ish.Since then, I've come across it at most three times and on an account of other people's choice.Anyway, the chicken sandwich had peaked my interest lately and finally decided to go and see for myself. I was curious about the Cajun flavor sandwich. I wasn't impressed. Chicken was slightly undercooked and or the breading was just very soggy. I expected more of a crust texture. Mind you I live outta town and have been around numerous Wingstop locations. Needless to say, I was still disappointed and would not get that sandwich again.As far as this location, it was rather slow on food prep and seemed to have served us two sandwiches alike. Place wasn't even crowded or packed. We waited about 25 min for two chicken sandwiches which quality was no better than long John silver's po boys.The fries were still good.But to clarify, it's not about this location, I just feel that way about almost every Wingstop I've been to since 2013 and get reminded why I stopped going all together."
