"The worst, most disgusting Chinese food I've ever tasted, and the worst, most evil customer service I've ever experienced. The same woman who took my order took with her bare hand pieces of frozen precooked chicken from the freezer. They threw it into a wok with a sauce and swirled it around. The chicken tasted like garbage wrapped in chewed bones. Not even a dog would eat this poison. I couldn't even eat the rice because there was hardly any sauce. As for cleanliness, the edges of the doors in this place were smeared with black dirty fingerprints. They gave me no utensils. I had to get her myself with a plastic bag from a table in the front when it was raining and I needed a plastic bag. It used to be a great place, but in recent years the hill has fallen. I will not even discuss the rude customer service in detail. Will never return. I wonder if they treat their Chinese customers like that."

"Fu Lay doesn't look like much, but don't let the look fool because they probably have the best Chinese food in all Stroudsburg. They are the only Chinese place in the area that actually makes their food extra spicy when you ask. There was no single meal that disappointed me from this place. You have a small seating area, but I've always just got a recess. The parts are quite similar to all other places, but their quality is in many respects unmatched. I usually get her hot and acid soup, chicken with mixed vegetables in a curry sauce, general Tso chicken combination, and lo mine. Each of these dishes is absolutely delicious and to order. I would recommend this place to everyone!"

"Called for carry out, they exceeded my expectations! Customer service was outstanding, store was nice and quick. Food is plentiful. We ordered combinations and the egg rolls was so big!! "Walked in and placed was busy. This was my first time and figured that was good news. Age of patrons seems to range, another good sign. No health rating in sight and did not see anyone walking around grading. I started to get nervous. There was also a large area of plastic where the enterance to the back would probably be? Things have gotten weird since covid so I let it roll without much thought. I did see the cashier wash her hands before handling food. I then felt more confident about the places hygiene. Did I ask to see the health rating? No. I did look closely into the kitchen and didn't see anything too scary so I figured you gotta die some time and didn't walk out and bought the food. Upon inspection and I inspected closely since I really don't want food poisoning right now, it looks fine (bought sesame ckn combo . The taste of the ckn was soft and chewy with average to slightly below average veg. fried rice. The consistency of the ckn was sort of worrying and also had a (hot dog taste? I don't know but after eating a few more bites didn't chance anymore of the food and felt like a pb&j would be a better option."
