"The food itself was good. The staff was friendly. However, I think maybe they are understaffed? We went through the drive-through. We had an order of fish in our order which we always have to wait for, no big deal. But we got our drink when we paid.. no straw. We waited about 15 minutes. A little long, but ok. We get our food and head back on the road (long trip).. and we discover no plastic ware, no napkins.. just the food. Kind of annoying."

"I asked the drive-thru visitor if they had opened any fish... she said yes, so I ordered a 3 piece of fish dinner for me and chicken for my 10-year-old. Then you drove to the pick-up window. After waiting for 10 minutes, the participant told me they had only one piece of fish and it would be an additional 10 minutes waiting for the other two pieces. She asked if I wanted my money back. So it took 10 minutes to tell me there was no fish? She said yes and gave me this empty star. Then she said, Would you like a refund? I said yes, she gave me a refund slip for the entire order. What about the chicken? She said you still want the chicken? At that time, I was really irritating how most people could be. So I said yes I want the chicken and I shouldn't pay for it. I want to talk to your manager. She closed the window. 10 minutes later, a gentleman came into the window and said, Can I help you? This gentleman claimed to be the manager, but acted like a high school dropout street brawler. He called me buddy when he said that the fish was made to order. That I have my refund, what else do I want? I told him I wouldn't have ordered the fish if the participant told me there was no, I would have ordered chickens. Then he said if you want the chicken you ordered, you have to pay for it. I told him he didn't act like a manager. He told me he was the owner. I just ran away. Can you imagine his competitors acting like that? If you read this review, Mr. Manager/Owner, I'm not your buddy. This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -Charles"

"We just happened upon this place while waiting on a church event to start. We were hungry and wanted something quick so we thought we'd give this place a try. The owner greeted us at the counter and was very gracious and welcoming. He patiently answered our questions and thoroughly took our order and he even gave an estimated wait time for the fried catfish, which is fried fresh. We got our food shortly after and oh my goodness! Everything was GREAT! The spicy tenders, catfish, fries, hush puppies, iced tea...aĺl was delicious!! The owner stopped by our table twice to check on us and told us to enjoy our church event as we left. Top Notch service and great food! Can't wait to try it again."
