"I have so many friends e mail and text me about this restaurant for their wild creative Beer Instant Ramen , well over 45 years in the hospitality business I ate a lot of strangle unfamiliar food around the world ,like deep fried Scorpio ,pan fried Ann , elephant Steak ,Grilled snake etc ! beer instant ramen ! Omgi ,I have to check it out ! the restaurant is very modern an very relax atmosphere , also I have some friends like to check it out too ,(Five of us the owner did a good job for the safety plan ,excellent social distancing ,wow ,the menu is over size ,so many choices from,,curry ,hot pot , Iron plate , Ramen ,to Rice Bowl amazing , how do they keep up the quality ! , Raman less have over 30 different dishes !! staff very nice ,she told us just order one Beer noodle to share ,if we like it we can order more , it sever cold noodle in a big beer glass ,very different , I find it very chewy and salty ,little fishy taste , also they come with a side of deep fried chicken or deep fried veg , very creative trickiest concept ,I notice almost every tablet did order the beer noodles ,great job .owner ! nothing personal .our tablet no body like it ,may be is cold ,but nice to try it out ,my Squid Ink ramen so wonderful ,very spicy and very interesting taste ,, every one do enjoyed their food ,and drinks ,,impressed truly a treat . food arrived in a timely manner , energetic staff ,so if you want try some wire noodles ,Yuu is the place !"
