"If you haven't tried pho, you're missing out on a great joy of life. Order the plain pho tai (thin beef) soup. Put some basil leaves on top, a bit of hot red sauce in the sup and a bit of brown hoisin sauce in the soup, and mix the sauces in. Oh, and a dash of squeezed lime. Turn the beef over underneath until it goes from pink to brown. Now enjoy one of the best meals in the world. This place has pretty good pho. Also, the deep fried spring rolls (cha gio) are much better here than the ones you get in Chinese restaurants."
