"I ordered delivery and 2 items were missing. If they didn't have something then a phone call would be decent customer service. Instead door dash delivered I didn't order through them I ordered from Wing Stop website) so I couldn't complain to them. Itried calling the store over 20 times in 2 hours. No answer. So they are ripping me off. I expect at least a refund for thestuff not delivered. How do you stay in business not answering your phone? Horrible."

"They always seem to forget an item from my order or mess up the fries. I order Parmesan cheese on my fries and they never put it and usually forget the bread . I wouldn’t have rated it as low if it was a once in a while thing but it every time. It’s been like this for a couple of years now."

"I use to go to this spot a lot every Friday but I sometimes get bad luck on my order and my meal don't turn out as good. No disrespect but I get bad vibes from the cashier (the fat guy with the chain). I don't know if he still works there but he shouldat least greet their customers and treat us like we are kings and queens. I'm a die hard wing stop customer and I know how thewings should taste like. I recommend everyone checking you order to see if everything is in there hot and ready to eat before you carryout. Now I go to another new location and I have no complaints there."
