"Very slow service. Dessert took 45 mins. Not offered the meal deal. Venison sausages dry and overcooked. Disappointed."

"The waitress had no notice to take over our job or deliver it! Eat came out, but only for the three meal times instead of four, no steak knives came with eating, wrong sauce for my steak, had to wait while the other meal came, which left our meal cooler. in all the years I run out, I have never, never come about this much inability and unprofessional waitress, I will not go back, even if after talking to manager we had deducted money from the bill. "

"Myself and two friends went there to dine. The waitress was fantastic, very efficient and friendly, and I have no complaints in that area. However, the starters that we ordered were unavailable, as we're the main courses. This really did detract from the whole experience, when you've made you're mind up what you are going to eat and you prepare yourself for it, only to be told that it's unavailable, not once but twice! Not only that but the FULL rack of ribs looked like they had come from a tiny piglet, not at all as I remember! This was served with a teaspoonful of coleslaw (I kid you not) and seven chips. All in all a very disappointing experience."
