"Rude.. on the ride thru and got a bag of chips more like a bag of greasy broken crumbs and my chicken taco no chicken and tortilla was all torn up just terrible to use it to be good at a time.. called to talk with supervisor, was no help I wanted to bring back the whole way to get my food to replace it and only one thing does not replace the hole order. No need for trouble El pollo loco you can keep your chicken cause I do not return.."

"El pollo loco keeps raising their prices and this most recent burrito was super disappointing. It was a lot smaller, it was flat, and had almost no chicken. Looked more like a Taco Bell grilled burrito honestly. This place used to have awesome food and decent prices. Now, not so much."

"They have a family 10 piece deal with your choice of two side dishes. Figure out if you want flour or corn tortillas. Ask, and they'll pack fresh salsa in the take out. The flame roasted chicken is so delicious, I succumbed to the temptation to make 5 normal sized meals into..... 2 hungry man sized meals. Yeah, maybe you shouldn't do that..... The 10 piece special is not 20 dollars in California no matter how many times that national commercial announces, feed the family for 20!"

"I really love el pollo loco, but whoever they hired recently is awful. I have gotten food from here a few times and the food is always made wrong, doesn't follow instructions and it's clearly old food that has been sitting for a WHILE. My tacos are hard and stale and so are my churros, it's like the tacos were on a heating lamp for over an hour and the churros were just left out. It was barely warm. I'm going to start eating at a diff location because this is the 5th time my food from this location has been a waste of money. Please hire people who care."
