"I had to make an emergency trip to St Louis. Of course I have to try to eat all the local food items that I miss by living in Sacramento. I was craving a Shrimp St Paul sandwich. This is a St Louis only sandwich made in local Chinese take outs. It 's basically a dry egg foo yung on white bread with mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato. You can choose vegetarian, or a single type of meat chicken, shrimp, pork, beef or all of them in a special . My preference is shrimp with extra bean sprouts and green onions. To many, I 'm sure this doesn 't sound particularly appetizing and it didn 't to me at first. Then I tasted it and I was hooked! This one did not disappoint! It was chock full of shrimp, bean sprouts and onions. It was every bit as good as I remembered! And with the extra bean sprouts and onions, it was $4.25. My daughter wanted the Veggie Mei Fun with curry sauce. She said it was very delicious too. Good is ordered by phone or online. They deliver or you may pick up from a window. Service was fast 10 minutes after I ordered it was ready at the drive through. If ever in St Louis near St Louis University, stop by and order from their extensive menu, including burgers and submarine sandwiches. I know that I 'll revisit when I 'm back in St Louis."
