"Our second visit per manager’s invitation to give it a second chance to get things right after our first visit was awful. Arrived and checked in for our prime time 7:30pm reservation made through Open Table. Server was inattentive. Pizza order took forever and I’m guessing the order was overlooked, hence server was avoiding us and never asked to get more drinks. The large venue was mostly empty except a few tables and two large parties. Margherita Pizza with prosciutto had a ton of arugula completely smothering the pizza. Prosciutto cover it all but wasn’t cut through pizza slices. Tried to cut with butter knife, but it it all came off the slice at once when you took a bite of pizza. Two hand-scrawled notes on the door read “no walk-ins” and”no carry-outs”! That was weird. Later got message from Open Table that we failed to cancel and no-showed our reservation and we wouldn’t get our reward points! Replied with receipt details to prove we were there and they resolved issue with the restaurant. Very disappointing. There will not be a third chance for MidiCi! Lots of great place to spend our time and money."
