"When I called the week before to increase numbers, I was told that I had no reservation? Disconnect between Open Table and CHGC or internal communication problems? I was a little concerned about it and showed up with a number of friends, I went to CHGC on Friday to get the insurance that I had a reservation. On Sunday, the food and service was excellent as usual. The totals were disappointing for what is a top menu and excellent value for money. Could have done without the challenges of booking. At a similar event at the rear end of last year, my booking request could not reach the restaurant staff. Does a recurring problem seem to be that may contribute to the low figures?"
