"We were traveling through the area and had one free night in Monterrey. We were looking for a place to get typical Mexican food. Neither of us spoke/read any Spanish. We decided to come here. First impression: the place looked really nice wait staff wearing ties. Nicely decorated with what I 'm guessing is traditional Mexican style. The wait staff spoke only a little English (some none at all), and the menus are in Spanish only. We had an app that would translate though. With this, we were mostly able to read the menu (most text automatically translated from the camera; more stylized text had to be manually typed). We had some drinks, an appetizer, got two meals, and dessert. We found the portions plenty, but not huge. The food arrived quickly, but after we were finished, no one came by to ask if we wanted dessert or bring the bill. Perhaps I am used to American dining pace not sure. But we asked the waiter, pointed to the dessert we wanted, and he brought it or very quickly. The same for the bill we asked for it, and he brought it quickly. Everything we had was very good, but we had very little authentic Mexican to compare it to."

"Buscaba un lugar familiar para cenar en mi cumpleaños con mi familia. Como iba con menores quisquillosos para la comida, decidí este lugar porque hay menú variado para niños; también hay tacos, hamburguesas, mariscos y buenas bebidas.Era Viernes Santo, entonces tal vez por eso el lugar no estaba tan abarrotado. El servicio fue rápido y eficiente.Yo pedí hamburguesa, mi esposa tacos de sirloin y los menores pidieron boneless de pollo. De beber pedimos tequila, cerveza, margaritas y limonadas.La carne la cocinan a tu gusto y puedes cambiar las guarniciones entre frijoles, papas a la francesa, papas en gajos o guacamole.Lo único que no me agrada de este restaurante (y la mayoría de los restaurantes en Mty) es que la limonada la hacen con limón previamente exprimido días antes. De inmediato se sabe si usaron limones frescos o no. Tal vez lo hagan para ahorrar tiempo, pero es de pésimo gusto.Con 690 pesos comimos, bebimos y me regalaron un brownie con nieve por ser mi cumpleaños.Sí volvería al lugar por alguna promoción de cerveza (tienen varias promociones), alguna cena con amigos, pero no volvería a pedir limonada."
